Here are some of our frequently asked questions regarding a Countrywide holiday. If you feel that your question isn’t answered below please feel free to contact our holidays department on 0800 150 3333 where we will endeavour to answer your questions.
What time can I check in from?
You will be able to check into your lodge from 5pm on your day of arrival. Early check ins may be available, but we encourage you to request this with your booking agent.
What time is check out?
The check out time on your day of departure is 9am.
I have booked a holiday but now unable to attend, what do I do?
If you holiday was booked with us via an online agent, we would advise you to speak to them and seek advice. However if your holiday was booked with us then please call our holidays department on 0800 150 3333 or email email@example.com with your booking reference and we will be able to re arrange or refund your booking accordingly.
Do you offer contactless check in?
We are able to provide the facility for contactless check in and check out. You will receive a pre arrival call before your holiday where a member of the holidays team will discuss the procedure with you.
Is the decking gated?
The Holiday Lodges are of varying designs, some of our lodges do have gated decking whilst others do not. If this is a specific request, please speak to a member of our holidays team who will be able to find a lodge for you with gated decking.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We love dogs, most of our lodges are pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per lodge. Find talk to the booking agent to ensure you have booked for the right lodge.
Are towels/ linen included?
All of our Luxury lodges include towels and bed linen. The beds will be made for your arrival.
Can we have 6 adults and a baby stay in a 6 berth lodge?
The number of adults and children cannot exceed the number stated. Due to health and safety regulations this will not be allowed. The number of children/ babies have to be included in the total amount in your party.
Are there on site facilities?
Each of our parks have something different to offer. The holiday lodges are large open planned and self-contained homes with the additional luxury of a hot tub. Alder Country park, Norfolk boasts a on site restaurant, an outdoor pool, gym and spa treatment rooms whilst Aspen Country park, Suffolk benefits from the 222 acres of prestigious grounds it is set within. Perfect for long walks and bike rides.
Can I hire a cot and high chair?
We offer cot and high chair hire at a hire fee of £10 each.
Are BBQ’s allowed?
BBQ’s are allowed within specific areas on the parks. Please speak to the park management team.
Can we bring two cars?
Each lodge has a dedicated parking space for 1 car, if you have an additional car within you party, this can be parked in the on site car park area. The park management team will be able to advise on the closest location for you.
Does the restaurant at Alder deliver?
Yes, The Olive Tree restaurant are able to deliver food to our guests staying on the park. Call 01692 400 747 to order.
Is there wifi?
Our park locations are so filled with adventure and breath-taking views, we hope that you spend your time relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Due to the nature of our locations, we have limited wifi access available on the park. It is best, if you do need access to wifi, to speak to the booking agent. The strength will vary per park location.
How do I contact someone out of hours whilst staying at the lodge?
Whilst enjoying your stay with us, if you need to speak to a member of our team you will be given emergency contact details upon arrival in your check in pack.
