Coronavirus update from Countrywide Holidays:

Latest update- 18th May


Following on from the latest government advice we are working towards re opening our holiday parks from 4th July. Like many businesses we are looking at ways to keep all of our guests and staff members safe. One of the ways we will be able to do this is by offering a contactless check in/ check our facility. For now our holiday parks are closed but we are able to accept future holiday bookings, with the situation being closely monitored.


Guests who was due to arrive during the lockdown period should contact their booking agent to reschedule their holiday or opt for a refund.


Our commitment to you

~ We will implement social distancing measures to ensure we maintain the 2 metre distance.

~ Provide the facility for contactless check in and check out.

~ You will receive a pre arrival call from our park team members to answer any questions you may have before your stay.

~ We guarantee your accommodation has been thoroughly deep cleaned throughout prior to check in.

~ If a guest is suspected to have coronavirus they will be sent home and the accommodation will be left for a minimum of 72 hours.


What is the coronavirus booking guarantee?

If you are unable to stay with us due to the coronavirus outbreak, we will guarantee to move your holiday to another date free of charge or offer you a no quibble refund up until 14 days prior to the check in date.


I want to make a holiday booking can I?

Absolutely! We are accepting bookings for stays on or after 4th July, you will just need to call 0800 150 3333 and speak a member of our holidays booking team.


I have symptoms and need to self- isolate?

If you have symptoms you must not travel. We will allow you to move your holiday booking free of charge.

Like all businesses within the UK and indeed, worldwide, we are closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our business, our colleagues, customers and business partners.


We are very much aware and respectful of the Government’s message that all UK citizens and businesses must play their part to protect the most vulnerable in our society and to ensure that the NHS has the ability to care for the inevitable, increased number of patients that will be affected by the virus in the coming days and weeks.

For these reasons, we have taken the decision to stop all holiday bookings from Monday 23rd March. Our parks will however remain open but we urge owners to follow government guidelines.


I would like to thank my fellow colleagues for their dedication over the last few weeks as we have together navigated our way through this challenge. They have all been amazing and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved.


Over the coming days, the team will work together to care of  our customers and look after each other’s well-being. This is a situation that we have not had to deal with before; we are entering uncharted territory and will be learning and adapting as we travel along this path. Stay safe and well!
